courtesy shown in years past is something that is quickly becoming a lost art.
It is a proven factor that 85% of our degree of success is based on both our
people and social skills. Only 15% is attributed to our technical knowledge or
ability. This is also reflected in companies and organizations but disguised as
customer service .....
